Stream Deck Integration
standardHow to export and use a Stream Deck profile from gd streamer for one-button match controls.
Last updated: 2026-03-23What is Stream Deck integration?#
gd streamer lets you export a Stream Deck profile for your match, giving you physical buttons for common match actions. No more clicking through the dashboard mid-stream -- just press a button.
Setting up Stream Deck#
Open your match
Go to the match page on your dashboard.
Go to the Stream Deck tab
Click the Stream Deck tab in the match navigation.
Export the profile
Click Export to download the Stream Deck profile JSON file.
Import into Elgato software
Open the Elgato Stream Deck software on your computer and import the downloaded profile.
Start using buttons
The profile is now loaded on your Stream Deck with buttons mapped to match actions.
Available buttons#
The exported profile includes buttons for common match operations:
- Next round -- advance to the next round
- Start timer -- begin the match timer
- Stop timer -- pause the timer
- Reset timer -- reset the timer to its original value
How it connects#
The Stream Deck profile uses public share links to communicate with your match. These are the same token-based links used for player input. The Stream Deck buttons send updates to your match through these links -- no login or dashboard session required.
Requirements#
- Elgato Stream Deck hardware (any model)
- Elgato Stream Deck software installed on your computer
- A gd streamer account on the Standard or Studio tier
- An active match with the Stream Deck tab available
Troubleshooting#
If buttons don't seem to respond:
- Make sure the Stream Deck software is running
- Verify you imported the correct profile for the current match
- Check that gd streamer is open in your browser and you're logged in
- Re-export and re-import the profile if the match ID changed
