gd streamer is operated by Kayma, trading as gd streamer (eenmanszaak), registered in The Netherlands.
By creating an account or using gd streamer, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms are governed by Dutch law.
gd streamer provides streaming overlay tools and real-time scoring functionality for tabletop wargaming broadcasts. Features include overlay graphics, player input panels, score tracking, and co-streamer collaboration.
You must be at least 16 years old to use gd streamer. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You may delete your account at any time, which will remove your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
gd streamer offers a free 14-day trial, after which a paid subscription is required. Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically. Current pricing is listed on our pricing page.
Payments are processed by our payment provider, Creem. By subscribing, you also agree to their terms of service.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused time within a billing period.
We may change our prices with at least 30 days' notice. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel before it takes effect.
Under EU consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. When you start a paid subscription and begin using the service immediately, you acknowledge that:

All overlay graphics, designs, and software that make up gd streamer are our property or licensed to us. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the overlays in your streams. You may not redistribute, resell, or claim ownership of these assets. Content you create (match data, scores) remains yours.
We aim to keep the service running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by Dutch and EU law:
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Dutch law.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. In such cases, we will notify you and explain the reason, unless prohibited by law.
You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days in advance via email or through the platform. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you may cancel your account before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in The Netherlands, without prejudice to your right as an EU consumer to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
