Invite a co-streamer#

Bring someone onto your match team so they can help manage scores, update match data, and keep things running while you focus on commentary -- without sharing your account credentials.

Open your match

Go to the match page on your dashboard.

Find the Share Links panel

In the match overview, locate the Share Links panel.

Enter the co-streamer's email

Type the email address of the person you want to invite and click Send Invite.

They receive an email

They'll receive an invitation email with a direct link to accept the invite.

They accept the invite

Your co-streamer clicks the link. If they don't have a gd streamer account yet, they'll create one first, then accept the invitation.

They appear in your team

Once accepted, the co-streamer shows up in your match team members list with their assigned role.

Managing pending invites#

As the match owner#

You can see all pending invites in the Share Links panel. If someone hasn't responded, you can resend or cancel the invitation.

As the invited person#

Pending invites appear in the notification bell in the dashboard header. From there you can:

  • Accept -- join the match team and get access to the match dashboard
  • Decline -- remove the invite without joining
Info
Overlay URLs and player input links work for anyone with the URL. Co-streamer invites are specifically for dashboard access -- managing scores, match settings, and team controls.

Subscription#

Only the match owner needs a paid subscription. Co-streamers can join and help manage matches on a free account -- they get full dashboard access to any match they're invited to, regardless of their own subscription tier.
