Managing Your Subscription
How to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your gd streamer subscription.

Ready for more features? Upgrade from the free tier or switch between paid tiers.
Go to subscription settings
Open Settings > Subscription from the dashboard, or visit the /pricing page.
Choose your tier
Select Standard or Studio based on the features you need.
Complete payment
Follow the checkout flow to enter payment details and confirm.
Features unlock immediately
Your new tier's features are available right away. No restart or refresh needed.
Changing your plan#
Upgrading (Standard to Studio)#
When you upgrade from Standard to Studio, you get immediate access to Studio-tier features:
- Event schedule
- Watermark removal
- Up to 10 projects (up from 2)
Downgrading (Studio to Standard)#
When you downgrade:
- You keep access to Studio features until the end of your current billing period
- After that, Studio-only features (event schedule, watermark removal) are disabled
- Your project limit drops to 2. Existing projects beyond the limit remain accessible but you can't create new ones.
Canceling your subscription#
Go to subscription settings
Open Settings > Subscription from the dashboard.
Access the billing portal
Click the link to open the billing portal.
Cancel your subscription
Follow the prompts to cancel. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
After cancellation#
- You keep full access to your paid tier until the billing period ends
- After that, your account falls back to the free tier
- Your data is preserved -- matches, scores, and settings remain intact
- You can resubscribe at any time to restore access
Billing questions#
When am I charged?#
You're charged at the start of each billing period. The first charge happens when you subscribe (or when your free trial ends, if you added payment during the trial).
Can I get a refund?#
Reach out to info@gdstreamer.com for billing issues. Refund eligibility depends on when you request it relative to your billing cycle.
What payment methods are accepted?#
gd streamer uses Creem for payment processing. Accepted methods include major credit and debit cards.
